Details: Brand new deck installation using pressure-treated wood throughout with stairs for backyard access.

Siding Installation & Replacement
Project “Home Sweet home”
Location: Johnson City, Tennessee
Scope: Full exterior siding replacement, soffit and fascia replacement on a single-story residential home
Materials: LP SmartSide engineered wood siding, new soffit and fascia
Details: The original vinyl siding had faded badly over the years, leaving the home looking worn and dated. We stripped the full exterior and installed LP SmartSide engineered wood siding along with all new soffit and fascia — giving the home a sharp, clean finish that holds up far better against East Tennessee’s weather than the vinyl it replaced.
Project “Fresh Start”
Location: Jonesborough, Tennessee
Scope: Full exterior siding replacement on a two-story residential home following hail damage
Materials: Green-toned low-maintenance vinyl siding (lower), LP SmartSide engineered wood panels (upper gables)
Details: Hail storm damage left the original siding cracked and failing across the entire exterior. We replaced it with a two-material system — vinyl on the main body for durability and low maintenance, LP SmartSide on the upper gables for a clean architectural finish — restoring the home’s curb appeal and weather protection for years to come.
