Deck Building & Siding Installation Across the Tri-Cities, Tennessee
Cities We Serve in the Tri-Cities Region
Johnson City, TN — Home Base
Johnson City is where we’re based and where we do a large portion of our work. We know every neighborhood, every terrain type, and the building code requirements at the Johnson City Building Inspections Department. We build decks and install siding across all of Johnson City and Washington County — from Tree Streets and Mountain View to Boones Creek, North Johnson City, and every community in between.
Kingsport, TN
Kingsport is approximately 25 minutes from our Johnson City base, and we serve the full city and surrounding Sullivan County area. Kingsport’s housing stock ranges from established mid-century neighborhoods like Allandale and Ridgefields to newer developments in Colonial Heights and Bloomingdale. We handle permits through both the Kingsport Department of Planning and Community Development and the Sullivan County Building Department.
BRISTOL, TN
We serve Bristol, Tennessee and the surrounding communities in southern Sullivan County. Bristol homeowners often enjoy larger lots with room for expansive deck builds, and the areas around South Holston Lake and Bluff City offer terrain that’s well-suited for raised and multi-level designs. We handle permits through the Bristol Tennessee Building Inspections office.
Jonesborough, TN
Jonesborough is just 8 miles from our Johnson City base — about a 15-minute drive — and one of the communities we serve most frequently. As Tennessee’s oldest town, Jonesborough has a mix of historic homes near the downtown square and newer construction along Highway 11-E. We’re familiar with the Jonesborough Historic Zoning Commission’s design review requirements for homes within the Historic District.
Additional Communities We Serve in East Tennessee
Beyond the four major Tri-Cities communities above, we provide deck building and siding installation throughout the following areas:
Elizabethton, TN
Located in Carter County, Elizabethton is approximately 20 minutes from our Johnson City base. We build decks and install siding for Elizabethton homeowners and serve the surrounding Carter County communities including Hampton, Roan Mountain, and Watauga. Permits in Elizabethton are handled through the City of Elizabethton Building Department, and properties outside city limits go through Carter County.
GRAY, TN
Gray is an unincorporated community in Washington County, situated between Johnson City and Jonesborough along Highway 75. It’s one of the fastest-growing areas in Washington County, with a mix of new construction and established homes. Building permits for deck and siding projects in Gray are handled through the Washington County Building Department. Gray is less than 10 minutes from our home base.
Piney flats, tn
Piney Flats is an unincorporated community in Sullivan County along Highway 11-E between Johnson City and Bristol. Properties here tend to be larger rural lots with good space for deck construction. Permits are handled through the Sullivan County Building Department.
Erwin, TN
Erwin is located in Unicoi County, approximately 30 minutes south of Johnson City along Interstate 26. We serve Erwin and surrounding Unicoi County homeowners with deck building and siding installation. The town’s mountain setting and proximity to the Appalachian Trail make outdoor living spaces especially popular.
Greenville, TN
Greeneville is the county seat of Greene County, located approximately 35 minutes east of Johnson City. We serve Greeneville homeowners with deck building and siding projects. Permits within Greeneville city limits are handled through the Town of Greenville, and properties outside city limits go through Greene County.
